This was one of my last workouts that I did when I was overseas and seeing as how I am starting once again back into my new life back at work and getting back into crossfit I thought was appropriate
For Time with a 20 lb weighted vest
400 meter run
25 burpees
25 18' box jumps
800 meter Run
25 burpees
25 18' box jumps
400 meter Run
Bit slow at 20 min 57 seconds but was a nice 91 degrees with humidity.
Home made crossfit equipment
18 and 24" boxes and 15.5 and 27 lb wall balls
